QR Gen exists to make QR code generation simple, free, and private. We believe creating a QR code shouldn't require signing up, handing over your email, or navigating through paywalls. Just pick your content type, customize the style, and download — that's it.
The Story
I built QR Gen solo, with a little help from AI. Every QR code site I found required signing up, and I got so frustrated with the whole registration process that I just decided to build my own. What started as a personal tool quickly grew into something I wanted to share with everyone.
What We Offer
QR Gen supports 10+ content types including URLs, WiFi, vCards, email, SMS, phone numbers, calendar events, and locations. You can fully customize colors, dot patterns, eye shapes, add logo overlays, and download in high-resolution PNG or scalable SVG format.
Privacy First
Everything happens in your browser. The content you enter — URLs, WiFi passwords, contact details — never leaves your device. We don't collect, store, or have access to the content of your QR codes. Your data is yours.
